CCS Service Request for SharePoint is now available!  Try a hosted trial...

After 3 months of beta testing and early release review, the SharePoint version of CCS Service Request is now available!  The SharePoint version has all the features of the Outlook version plus:

  • Built on standard SharePoint so all lists, views and forms are fully customizable
  • Leverage SharePoint features to provide dashboards, role-based workspaces and more!
  • Tickets can be submitted through email, Web,  and SharePoint portals.
  • Integrate with existing SharePoint portals or sites.

CCS Customer Service (CSM) for SharePoint available

By working with our customers who use our applications for client or customer service, we have developed a new version that allows you to integrate ticket management with Account, Contacts and other CRM information.

Our new SharePoint version plugs and plays with our SharePoint Accounts and Contacts module. This is a new applications SharePoint templates that offer maximum flexibility while leveraging power of SharePoint.  This application is also available as a hosted trial!  For more>> here
